This kaleidoscopic picture arc of virtuoso and downright artistic solos, not always just harmonious pas de deux and brisk group choreographies is complemented by samples of classical dance from courtly rigor to flowing harmony.’’

What connects people in a friendship, a family, or society? How does love work? What helps against drifting apart, falling, and fragmenting? Are we a team or are we all just lone wolves? The call for solidarity becomes louder when we as a society face problems large and small. Sometimes this means a school class, sometimes all the inhabitants of a country. But what a challenge, we all have different habits, come from different cultures, and sometimes speak different languages, cultural influences also collide within the MiR Dance Company. With the dancers, Marioenrico D’Angelo searches for the social glue of everyday life, how and why we connect and become a community.
